A timelesz start

Today the digital version of Rock This Party by the new 8-member timelesz is available globally. There is also Hello! We're timelesz released, which is a special digital album with a mix of songs released by the 3-member timelesz and Sexy Zone

Of course I bought Rock This Party immediately, as I am one of those dozens of people that doesn't like to use streaming services to listen to my music. But even with that hang up I did listen to a few of the songs on Hello! We're timelesz to check if there were any re-recordings. There are not from what I can tell, and honestly it's probably a bit too early for the majority of fans to be okay for older songs to be re-recorded with the current line-up.

Either way this feels like the first official step for the group and I could not be more excited for them. And it also helps that I really liked Rock This Party so I was more than happy to add it to my music library.

While the Hello! We're timelesz does not have any new songs, it does finally allow those who live outside of Japan easy legal access to them for the first time. And when I looked at the track list I could tell that the songs selected were to serve as a blueprint for the kind of music the group is going to aim to make going forward. Out of the Sexy Zone songs that they selected that were not a part of the self-titled EP released last year, they are mostly from the most recent years. Of course some were performed in the audition program, so it is no surprise that they are now officially a part of the timelesz discography. But overall it is probably safe to say that these songs are going to be able to fit along with future releases.

In the end though, I look forward to the future arguments of what timelesz's debut date is. lol
