timelesz is ready to party and have a FAM

 The music video for Rock this Party from timelesz is out and available to watch online on Youtube.

It looks like I was right to guess that this possibly was shot in Hawaii, as from the street signs shown it confirms it.

That aside it's nice to see the full group in something together. It's an important first step in truly solidifying them all together with having shared experiences like this. And small parts of everyone's personalities are starting to be seen, now that they're away from the audition setting.

 

The same day it was announced that the group will be releasing their first physical release for the group as 8. It will be an album titled FAM and will be released on June 11th, 2025. It will come in three versions, Limited A, Limited B and Regular edition.

The Limited A comes with a BD/DVD that will have the music videos for Rock this Party and the album's promotional track, One and Only. It will also have footage titled "Party Movie in Hawaii" and "Behind Movie in Hawaii". It will also come with a 60-page booklet. And 2 random trading cards, one member solo and a unit card.

The Limited B also comes with a BD/DVD but with different content. It will have "timelesz project Behind The Scene -FINAL-", "Rock this Party Dance Video" and "Making Document Movie of FAM". It will have its own 60-page booklet and it's own trading card set, and will come with 2 cards, one solo and one unit.

Then the regular edition will have 2 CDs, unlike the limited editions which only have a single CD. On the second CD will be regular edition exclusive songs, Kakumei no Dancin' night, SWEET, New phase, Anthem -episode1-, and one more track that is not titled yet. The booklet for it will be 24-pages and like the other versions it will have trading cards with the same breakdown of two being available with each copy, one solo and one unit.

For the CD that they all come with it is noted that it will be 13 tracks in total, with because, Rock this Party and One and Only being the only tracks that are listed by name as being included. As the release date gets closer the full track list will become available.

 

Honestly I'm interested to see if because is a re-recording, as it was originally released as a single for the three original members of the group.  And even though it is only being released on the bonus disc for the regular edition I am still happy to see the three original songs from timelesz project audition. I really loved SWEET, so I'm glad I don't have to wait too much longer to have a CD quality version of it I can listen to. 

But overall I am excited for this release as it will give the group a good song catalogue that is theirs and theirs alone. As I know it's still feeling too fresh for some Sexy Zone fans for the new members to be performing some of those older songs, and with this album it can hopefully ease their worries as timelesz will have plenty of their own songs to perform.

timelesz is bringing the party

 It has been announced that timelesz will be releasing a music video for the first song they released as an eight member group, Rock This Party. We already have the preview for it but no release date.

It looks like they went overseas for the video shoot, my guess is either Hawaii or L.A., as those two locations are favorites for Starto to go to for similar music videos. But I am glad we are getting a music video as that just helps in solidifying the group as they are now and will be in the future.

NiziU playing with the light and dark

 So at the month progresses more promotions for NiziU's upcoming Korean comeback are dropping. First off we have the prologue to Love Line, that gives a darker tone to the group that we have not seen yet.

But then we have three visual films, each one featuring three of the members, that brings us to the lighter tone that is more expected from the group.

 

I actually like that we have the two tones. One of the confusing things about their Korean debut was that it had two concepts for the photo books but only the cute one fit the songs on the single. The darker one came off as being out of place, but if they go the same cute and dark concepts for this new single it would make more sense with how the promotions have been so far. I just hope we get the same dichotomy with the songs on the single.

With there still about two weeks before release there is still a lot of promotions to be released and I will be seated for it all.

The Stray Kids Mixtape to Dominate

 So there is more information out for the digital release for Stray Kids that will be released March 21, 2025. This will be the Mixtape: Dominate that is being listed as a single, though there will be five tracks included in total.

 

As what can be seen in the above tracklist image the digital single will have the Korean version of the original Japanese song Giant. It will also have four songs that will be duets for the members of the group. Burnin' Tires will be Changbin and I.N (and there is already an official preview video of the song available), Truman has the duo of Han and Felix, Bang Chan and Hyunjin will perform Escape and then the final track, Cinema, is for Lee Know and Seungmin.

It's always exciting to get new Stray Kids music and fans had been suspecting a new release in March as it would be in perfect timing with the next leg of their international tour starting up shortly afterwards. Thankfully with a digital release instead of a physical release it gives fans' wallets a bit of a break and with all the duets still a good amount of new songs to look forward to seeing performed on tour. Plus as Japanese songs are almost never performed outside of Japan it means that Giant can also be worked into the set list now. 

Personally as a photocard collector I'm just happy that with this being a digital only release I am catching a break. The end of 2024 had plenty of Stray Kids releases, from ATE, Giant and SKZ HOP that I am still working of finishing getting everything I want from those then to already be preparing for another new release. And hopefully this now means I have a couple more months to focus on that before rumors of another new release start up again for Stray Kids. Plus I will never complain about more Stray Kids songs, so this is nothing but good news for me.

NiziU on the Love Line

It has been announced that on March 31st NiziU will be releasing their first Korean comeback after about a year and a half after their debut Korean release PressPlay. 

From the teaser video we got with the announcement it looks like the group is going to continue with cute concepts for their Korean releases. Which as someone with a weakness towards cute things I will not complain about. Especially since they are moving to a more mature look and sound for their Japanese releases. 

Either way I am really excited, and I hope with now a comeback more International fans will pay some attention to them. They are such a wonderful group that I am certain many outside of Japan would like if they gave them a chance. So I hope this will be one of many comebacks to come, as they could easily strike the Korean/Japanese release balance groups like Twice and Stray Kids have.
